About Dr. Chen

Ching-Lynn Chen, MD, FACOG is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist who has a special interest in helping women optimize their overall wellness as well as their reproductive and sexual health through every stage of life, including adolescence, pregnancy and menopause. In addition to her love of obstetrics, her interests include contraception, adolescent gynecology, perimenopause and menopause, and family planning. She has been in private practice with OBGYN Westside since 2000 and is a founding member. 

Dr. Chen received B.A. in psychology at Stanford University, and is a graduate of the SUNY at Stony Brook School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine. Dr. Chen is a member of the voluntary faculty and is a Clinical Instructor at the Mount Sinai Hospital on the upper east side of Manhattan where she remains active in medical student and resident education. She enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, hiking and walking her dog in Central Park.
