Michelle Santoyo, MD, is a board-certified physician practicing both obstetrics and gynecology and is known to be a very caring and supportive physician. She also joins the team at OBGYN Westside, PLLC, in the Upper West Side of New York City after 10 years of private practice at North Shore University Hospital and most recently practiced at Carnegie Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates, a high-risk obstetrical practice.
Dr. Santoyo earned her medical degree at Albert Einstein School of Medicine and completed her residency at North Shore University Hospital. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Dr. Santoyo has superior surgical skills and obstetrical expertise, delivering professional and compassionate care to her patients. She has a particular interest in obstetrics, family planning, and performing gynecologic operative hysteroscopies. She also enjoys working with adolescent and pediatric populations and guiding young women to be advocates for their own health.
Dr. Santoyo offers a comprehensive approach to women’s health and understands the many demands placed on women. She enjoys helping women incorporate lifestyle changes and non-invasive approaches to promote their overall well-being. Dr. Santoyo speaks fluent Spanish and, in her free time, enjoys the outdoors, traveling, running, and CrossFit.
